A detailed description:
JCB20 CNC spiral bevel gear generator is independently developed by JCMT and adopts Siemens 840D CNC system. The machine is six axes five linkage CNC machine, which machining up to φ200mm in diameter and 4 mm in module spiral bevel gear and hypoid gear.
The machine can meet trial-manufacture of muti-variety small batch products, also adapts the in mass production demand. The produced gears are usually used for tobacco machinery,electric tool ,textile machinery and so on.
The machine is structured by sliding base and sliding housing in steady of traditional cradle and cradle housing, without cradle worm and worm gear pair, so that achieve high traveling speed, without backlash. The machine is a horizontal layout, the machine bed, column, cutter head and workpiece housing have a better structure and transmission rigidity; High precision dual lead worm gear and precision spindle to ensure the indexing much more accuracy.
